FAQ regarding the moshpit:

1. Can I collect my mosh pit passes for the 25th and the 26th of October at one go?

Yes you will be able to. If your QR code indicates one ticket for 25th and 26th October, you are eligible for mosh pit tickets for both days during collection.

2. Do all ticket holders have to be present at the collection time or can one person collect for themselves and on behalf of others?

The payee of the ticket should be present to collect the mosh pit tickets, as well as the entry ticket with the QR code on the confirmation email. If you are assigning your friend to collect for you, you will need to provide all necessary information to your friend (including the QR code on the ticket and the payee’s identification details) to facilitate this. Note that failure to provide the required information may result in non-collection. In such cases, the organizers are not liable for any lost tickets that may result from the collection of tickets by a third party who is not the payee himself.

3. How many mosh pit tickets are available for collection on the 23rd Oct 6pm-9pm / 24 Oct 9am-12nn? Are there an equal number of tickets reserved for these days for pre event collection?

There are limited amount of mosh pit tickets per event day (25-27 Oct 2013). As mosh pit redemption is based on a first come first served basis on 23rd and 24th, there are no equal number of mosh pit allocation for each day. The remaining number of mosh pit tickets on 23rd, if not fully distributed will be brought over to 24th.

4. I am coming just for the event from overseas. Is there a special arrangement for me to collect mosh pit tickets on the event day?

Can a friend in Singapore collect on my behalf prior to the event day, ie 23rd Oct 6pm-9pm / 24 Oct 9am-12nn?
