Here's a press release I received and I thought it would be suitable for a post here since it pertains to camera gear that I have in fact reviewed myself.
Recently announced by Nikon Malaysia Sdn. Bhd,, three Nikon products have been recently selected as recipients of TIPA Awards 2015, one of the highest accolades for photo and imaging products.
I personally feel that the D810 and D5500 fully deserve their awards because they performed excellently in my reviews.

With regards to the Nikon COOLPIX P610, I was requested to review it by a reader but I haven't gotten the chance to visit Nikon Centre to do so.
I hope I'll get to do it soon but the soonest I'll get to would be in a few months.

Nikon D810: Best Digital SLR Professional Award
Nikon D5500 : Best Digital SLR Entry Level Award
Nikon COOLPIX P610 : Best Superzoom Camera Award

Three Nikon products have been recently selected as recipients of TIPA Awards 2015, one of the highest accolades for photo and imaging products
Kuala Lumpur, 12 May 2015 – The Nikon D810, D5500 and COOLPIX P610 have been respectively awarded with the TIPA Awards 2015 for Best Digital SLR Professional Award, Best Digital SLR Entry Level Award, and the Best Superzoom Camera Award, as proudly announced by Nikon Malaysia Sdn Bhd today.
The prestigious TIPA Awards 2015 is sponsored by the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA), a global authority in the photography and imaging industry. The best photographic and imaging products released between April 1, 2014 and March 31, 2015 were selected for the TIPA Awards 2015 through voting by a panel of 27 editors of prestigious imaging magazines from 16 countries and regions around the world.
